Spotting Winning Ways with professional speaker Bernie De Souza

Modern leaders have long accepted that their oganisations potentially have lots of leaders in the ranks.

The trick is spotting them, nurturing them and giving them the right jobs to retain their interest and keep them in the business.

Business guru's such as Professor John Kotter indicate that search and selection is a key element of the process.

This is exactly what Bernie De Souza has discovered in his presentations and personal examination of people at the management coal face as a motivational and leadership guru who helps businesses find the perfact match in terms of people and job.
