Leaders come under scrutiny at powerful presentations by Bernie De Souza

Managers come under the microscope when top motivational and leadership speaker Bernie De Souza addresses businesses at events of all sizes.

He uses the personal profiling system which has made him famous to show that it is not just employees seeking jobs that need profiling but the people employing them too.

“Management and supervisor training is important to help supervisors lead effectively and understand their employees personalities. They need to be shown how to effectively motivate them and manage them in order to maximise their perfomance and results not only as individuals but also in their daily routines,” he says.

Attendees are also given a free copy of his latest book, 'Your Success Is....Hidden In Your Daily Routine' endorsed by the celebrated speaker Allan Pease who rates Bernie and his methods highly. He says: "Bernie is a lively and memorable speaker who will give you the building blocks to success. "

It is typical of Bernie that big time names are lining up to endorse the skills he has spent a lifetime fine tuning first of all on cricket pitches where he first began to make a name for himself before joining the RAF (Royal Air Force) where he first developed a skill for training top talent.

It was there he first realised the differences in Olympic training and attitudes and realised first hand that self belief is important in sport and in life; a trait he witnessed first hand in the training rooms in the force where he met his first Olympians Daley Thompson, Linford Christie and Steve Cram who each approached success differently and all benefitted from his wisdom and knowledge.

There have been many sporting greats, individuals and business teams since who have benefitted from wise counselling and personality profiling expertise of this world acclaimed motivational speaker and trainer.

Professional speaker Bernie De Souza knows from exerperience that what motivates you might not motivate me.

He has developed tips and techniques which demonstrate how to find the right motivation for each individual.

Recruiters are surprised that the renowned people profiler uses his system to scrutinise the job as well as the person wanting it - ensuring that the personality being considered will be good at the job and enjoy it.

“This is crucial as the right person in the right job will be willing to stay longer and happier as long as management knows how to maintain the correct motivation,” he says.

He knew over ten years ago before it became fashionable with HR and recruitment departments that people profiling Personality Insights process he first learned from its creator, Dr Robert Rohm, has a big place in recruitment and retention and he has developed it further to marry well with his other skills.

As well as the powerful motivational presentations which he does on major stages as well as in front of small groups, like business and supper clubs, he has a full on phased training scheme geared around sports teams as well as business owners and individuals.

“By analysing their teams or business and finding where they could mange communication and daily routine more effectively, I train businesses and teams to create purpose and direction in every action.” he says.
