Even before he learned profiling he learned first hand the different ways top sports personalities set goals and approach their route to greatness. In the early days he had the opportunities to witness the likes of Olympians Daley Thompson, Steve Cram and Linford Christy approach goalsetting when he was a physical training instructor in the airforce in the UK where he lives.

Since then, there have been opportunities to coach a myriad of teams and individuals globally who have all benefitted from his unique people management and motivational skills. At the height of his business success he was addressing audiences of thousands in major locations and has used this experience developing his presentational talents as a professional motivational and leadership speaker.
