Bernie De Souza - Don't Underestimate People Power

Professional speaker and motivational and leadership trainer Bernie De Souza helps adults and children change their mindset and attitude and fine tune their relationships with those they are working with and selling to.

Even in the playground it is important to get along with others and Bernie often talks to schools about the people skills he learned first of all as a sportsman, then as a physical training instructor in the airforce and finally as a businessman inspiring vast numbers of people to achieve greatness.

It helps that Bernie has become world recognised as an expert in a specialist people profiling process he came across before it became fashionable with human resource departments to check out the inner self of potential employees.

The professional motivator, author and speaker was delighted that Dr Robert Rohm, the inventor of the Personality Insights D.I.S.C. Profiling system he has used for twenty years as an accredited trainer, praised the advanced process he developed to help businesses meet the needs of the 21st century. He was pleased that it had a very warm reception when it was unveiled at a 'Personality Profiles' conference in the USA and is now finding favour on both sides of the Atlantic.

Even before he learned profiling he learned first hand the different ways top sports personalities set goals and approach their route to greatness. In the early days he had the opportunities to witness the likes of Olympians Daley Thompson, Steve Cram and Linford Christy set goals when he was a physical training instructor in the airforce in the UK where he lives.

Since then, there have been opportunities to coach a myriad of teams and individuals globally who have all benefitted from his unique people management and motivational skills. At the height of his business success he was addressing audiences of thousands in major locations and has used this experience developing his presentational talents as a professional motivational and leadership speaker.

Since then he has continued to present to vast crowds as well as smaller ones in intimate sessions run by the likes of the Chamber of Commerce and BNI networking.

Although Bernie enjoys one to one mentoring and coaching he adores presenting at events of all sizes.
