Beating Recession Blues With Top Motivational Speaker Bernie De Souza

When you get a plea for help from famous cricketer Brian Lara you don't mess about. He asked famous motivational public speaker and sports coach Bernie De Souza to help his ailing team.

Today the skills which saw the 2004 West Indies squad snatch victory from England in the ICC Champions Trophy final at The Oval is helping businesses and individuals achieve their best at home and work.

At that time Bernie De Souza set out to change the mindset of players to increase their already low averages by a modest 10-15 per cent. Later that summer the tail-enders earned an unlikely two-wicket victory with the help of Bernie's wise words of encouragement

His talks, which pack major auditoriums such as the NEC and NIA in Birmingham as well the famous London Docklands alongside smaller breakfast and lunch venues at home and abroad, are based on years of experience at top level sport and the military as well as in business building up a successful sales empire and training company.

In his latest book Your Success Is ... Hidden In Your Daily Routine, he views the world with commendable optimism stating: "It is fair to say that 99 per cent of people are 99 per cent successful in one or more aspects of their lives".

He believes everyone can achieve their best providing they are given the right tools to do it – tools which include goal setting aims set out in his books and motivational cds as well as personality profiling lectures and talks as a professional speaker.

They are based on skills he learned many years ago from the famous Personality Insights founder Dr Robert Rohm who developed a system which Bernie has fine tuned and sometimes demonstrates to audiences on world stages with the founder who has become his mentor.

Even without the tools and techniques in his hand Bernie De Souza has become so skilled at personality profiling that he can tell at a glance what sort of individual he is dealing with and what sort of sales or business approach would work best.

He can even tell a personality from the tone of voice on a telephone and has teveloped a set of insutrction which he demonstrates on stage at his professional speaking engagements.

He is proud of the skills he has learned as well as the natural coaching techniques which have earned him a reputation in the sports and business arena in the last decade.

He receives standing ovations wherever he goes, even when he takes centre stages with famous personalities such as people expert Allan Pease, explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Rugby ace Will Carling, billionaire businessman Robert Kiyosaki and BBC presenter and football personality Alan Hansen.

He has come a long way as a presenter since the days when he talked only about building up a sales empire – talks designed to inspire huge audiences of franchise business owners who needed help and encouragement from the man at the top.

They admired the fact that he came from humble beginnings on a council estate and had the courage to follow his instincts and heart and give up a steady job in the RAF (Royal Air Force) to follow his gut instinct that business was where his destiny.
